JOIN US FOR A GLORIOUS EXHIBITION FEATURING ORIGINAL COSTUMES WORN BY THE STARS OF DOWNTON ABBEY™

Chateau has teamed up with Mayo and the Kahler Grand Hotel to present the world premiere of Dressing the Abbey. Courtesy of Mayo Clinic with generous support from benefactors John T. and Lillian G. Mathews. Dressing the Abbey features 35 costumes from the acclaimed television series Downton Abbey™. Don your favorite Downton attire and stroll through these historic costumes. Historical content supported by Mayo Clinic and History Center of Olmsted County.


Tickets for this exhibition are only sold at Chateau. Once visitors purchase their ticket, they begin their exhibition journey to tour 7 stunning period costumes.  After visiting Chateau, visitors then head to the iconic Elizabethan Room of The Kahler Grand Hotel to tour 26 beautiful costumes worn by the stars of Downton Abbey. There are two additional costumes on display at the History Center of Olmsted County (General admission required).

English High Tea at Kahler Hotel Starting March 8

Enjoy English High Tea on Sundays at 3:00 p.m. 

High Tea includes your exhibition ticket, an assortment of finger sandwiches, desserts, tea, and wine. The cost is $50 per person.
